This Art Club Has a Problem Episode 3: Usami’s Blushing Moments

Usami Blushes 8

We’re back with episode 3 of Yomu’s collaboration. This time I’ll just focus on Usami’s blushing moments. Why? Because it’s actually the main reason I watch this series. I enjoy this series but I mostly just watch it with an extremely relaxed manner. That’s what I do with most comedy anime and this one’s no exception. Since this anime revolves around Usami and her crush, that’s what I’m focusing on.

I don’t think anyone can deny that Usami is awfully cute when she blushes. Not to mention, this anime pretty much shows her blush all the time! Let’s compile some of her blushing moments in this episode shall we?

Kaguya-sama Love is War Episode 4: Fujiwara is Actually Smart?

Kaguya and President.png

I was really curious to know how the intro of this episode would play out as all the previous episode’s intro have narration from the narrator. This episode finally breaks the tradition and cut the whole narration altogether. I’m guessing there will be no narration intro ever again in the future, which is a good thing.

This episode is divided into four different segments instead of only three in the previous episodes. The first segments revolves around Kaguya and the president wearing a cat ear. Seeing both the president and Kaguya desperately acting cool despite being very impressed with each other’s appearance after wearing the cat ears is a blast. I’d like to note here that the president is actually a really weak and vulnerable person. He’s just really good and hiding and faking it with his reliable and all-knowing persona. Speaking with Kaguya with a straight face but shivering knees whenever he thinks she is cute must be a norm for him. Kaguya on the other hand is not really good at hiding her excitement and as a result, we get to her ‘evil grin’.

Kaguya-sama Love is War Episode 3: That ED Makes This Anime Even More Hyped

Kaguya Blush 2.png

Starting the episode with the narrator narrating the first few seconds, I honestly thought, oh man is he REALLY going to narrate the same thing again and waste four minutes of the content? But then they speed up the narration and basically skip the whole thing. I am utterly relieved by it. I also think it’s quite funny. I wonder how the intro of next episode is going to turn out.

This Art Club Has a Problem Episode 2 – 10:00 to 15:00

Usami Princess.png

Another episode of This Art Club Has a Problem, a collaboration project by Yomu. I’m still late as heaven and I’m probably going to be late every week. If you haven’t already joined but you find this interesting, you are still very welcomed to participate. The more the merrier, right?

In this episode, I chose the theme ‘10:00 – 15:00’ just because I was curious of what happens in that period of time. Is it extremely funny? Too boring perhaps? Or very deep maybe? It turns out that it isn’t out of the ordinary from the other parts of the episode. Let’s look into it.

BanG Dream! Season 2 First Impressions Episode 1 – 3

Bang Dream 7.png

I enjoyed watching the first season of the anime so I thought, why not give its second season a watch too?

First up, the major change of the anime is its animation. They basically adapted the rhythm game animation which is the 3D animation to the anime. Honestly, it looks a bit weird at first. It’s quite surprising though because I did play the game a little bit and I was actually impressed with the animation. I thought it was smooth and sparkling. The game is just pretty to look at. Granted, the characters in the game don’t move that much compared to the anime so maybe that’s why it looks weird in the anime. It doesn’t take long for me to get used to this new style of animation so that’s good.

Impressions: Kaguya-Sama Love is War Episode 2

Conquer.png

I forgot to say this in my previous episode’s post but the opening song feels VERY retro! I feel like I’m watching a 90s series. It’s a fun song though so I don’t mind listening to it… over and over again.

There’s nothing much to say about this episode. It still uses the same formula as the previous one, with the whole episode being divided into three segments. So in these two episodes, we managed to cover 6 chapters of the manga! Well not exactly. The anime did skip quite a few chapters of the manga but it mainly skipped the skits that make zero progress to the story. In this episode, there is at least some progress. For one, more characters are introduced and I tell you, the new ‘Kabe-DOWN’ couple is hilarious from start to finish. I’d love to see them more.

Land of The Lustrous: What’s With The Ending!??

Phos is Life.gif

The general premise of this anime is about these crystalline organisms called gems which inhabits the world. These organisms are actually immortal sparkling valuable jewels living on an island and are always fighting the Lunarians, another species that inhabits the world in which their only purpose is to attack the gems, break them and take them to ‘the moon’ for decoration. This series is basically about the gems fighting and surviving the attacks from the Lunarians for millennials.

It’s been a long time since I actually intended to watch this series. The main reason I want to watch this is obviously because of the gorgeous 3D animation which is pretty much non-existent anywhere else, at least in the anime industry. The scene that pretty much sold me to the anime is the scene where Diamond is running at night under the moonlight. It’s just so beautiful!
